User Journey for Delivery
We focus on optimizing and simplifying all processes for parcels delivery using autonomous smart lockers.
1. Creating a new parcel
The service provider’s administrator creates a new parcel in his admin panel on the desktop or mobile application and assigns it to a specific postman.
2. Back office to postman
Postman is notified in his application that a new parcel has been assigned to him.
Now the postman has the parcel number, parcel locker number and address so he can grab the box and deliver it to the assigned parcel locker.
3. Parcel placement
When the postman approaches the parcel locker, all newly assigned parcels in this locker become active in his mobile app via Bluetooth. The app connects the parcel locker by pressing one and automatically opens the given cell. He places the parcel and closes the locker’s lid.
4. Postman to Client
The postman confirms the delivery in the app and it instantly generates the notification to the client.
User Journey for Pickup
We focus on creating the most optimal user experience for parcels pick up using autonomous smart lockers.
The client gets notified at the app that he got a new parcel. The user has the parcel number, parcel locker number and address.
2. Connect to the Parcel Locker
When the client approaches the parcel locker, his parcels in this locker become active in his mobile app via Bluetooth.
The app connects the parcel locker by pressing one of them and automatically opens the cell with the parcel.
As the client closes the locker lid, the back office gets a notification that the parcel has been received.
